Cause-Effect Extraction in Finance Domain (FinNLP 2025)

Developed RoBERTa-based transformer model to extract cause-effect relations in financial disclosures.
Achieved 96.04% accuracy in English (4th worldwide) and 96.07% in Spanish.

Automated Animal Behavior Recognition (IEEE ICCCPT 2025, Best Paper Award)

Built a hybrid model (VGG-16 + ResNet-50 + LRCN) for cat and dog behavior classification.

Hindi Handwriting ICNGCS 2025

Hindi Handwritten Word Recognition (ICNGCS 2025)

Trained a ResNet-50 CNN for Hindi handwritten words, achieving 97% accuracy on a custom dataset.
Outperformed Google OCR by 60%, highlighting the importance of domain-specific models.

My Projects

User Personality Prediction

I designed a system using AngularJS and Python's Instagram Scraper with Selenium. It scrapes Instagram data based on user input, and a sentiment analysis model predicts user personality traits. The results are stored in a NoSQL database and displayed in a user-friendly format using the MEAN stack.

Receipt Scan - Sustainable Fund

I developed a system that automates the analysis of uploaded receipts and invoices using React.js, AWS, and OpenAI. Users upload documents via the front-end, and the system extracts data with AWS services like S3, Lambda, and Textract. OpenAI is employed to assess the sustainability of extracted items. Results, including sustainability ratios, are presented on the user-friendly front-end.
